Yesterday was the most incredible day. We spent the afternoon with @horsesvalhalla and 35 teens healing trauma. The teens had the opportunity to ride horses, groom the horses, learn to halter/lead/knot, and do equine therapy. THANK YOU to every teen, adult, and volunteer who came + made yesterday possible. It was powerful to witness the courage so many teens demonstrated as they worked with the horses, overcame fears, or vulnerably participated in equine therapy. Between the two organizations, we had over 30 adult volunteers who dedicated their Saturday—thank you 😭❤️
