At Common Thread, our mission is simple: every teen deserves to feel loved and celebrated. Yesterday, that vision came to life in the most incredible way, thanks to the generosity of Ken Garff.
The day began with a warm welcome and breakfast at the Ken Garff dealership, where excitement filled the air. Then, in true VIP fashion, 50 teens piled into a fleet of brand-new vehicles and made their way to Target for an unforgettable experience.
Once inside, the real magic began—each teen was given a $200 shopping spree to pick out items that brought them joy. From Legos, AirPods, and game controllers to TVs, room décor, makeup, clothes, vinyl records, and Squishmallows—the smiles and excitement were contagious.

This was about more than just gifts—it was about letting these teens know they are valued, seen, and supported. It was about giving them the freedom to choose something just for themselves, something that makes their world a little brighter.
A huge thank you to Ken Garff for rallying around our community and making this moment possible. Your generosity and heart for these teens mean more than words can express.
To the teens who laughed, shopped, and soaked in the joy of the day—you are so loved.
Thank you to:
