Common Thread is a welcoming community for vulnerable teens. We serve hundreds of local teens who have been impacted by the foster care system, childhood trauma, poverty, and/or are looking for an accepting community.
Common Thread hosts community events twice a month to give teens safe spaces to connect and opportunities to develop new skills and make positive memories. We are working hard to raise money to provide regular access to free mental health support and life-skill programs for teens ages 12+.
Donations go directly to building out programs, providing access to therapy, and transportation needs. All events and resources are free to our teens and their families.
Our team works solely on a volunteer basis so all funds can go directly to youth and families. Outside donations are critical for our existence.
Thank you for your support and generosity.
