Life After Care---OCTOBER Class

Join us + the 1999 Collective Team to work on any of the following: personal goals for transitioning out of high school, identifying certifications and programs or schools of interest, completing the FAFSA, starting/revising/completing resume, completing personal statements for applications or scholarships, budgeting, exploring funding opportunities, and filling out college/ trade school applications. 

Participants: Up to 20 youth per class, ages 16+ (exceptions are welcome, please reach out)

We will host three separate classes with three different focus points the first Saturday of each month (Oct., Nov., Dec.) Teens are welcome to come to all three classes or select the ones that they have most interest in.

Here is a breakdown of OCTOBER's course:

Introductions

Relationship-Building Game

Introduction to the course, creation of group agreements, structuring open door policy. (15 mins)

Game to build relationships and have fun together. (20 mins)

Post-Secondary Education Options
