Virtual Conversation: Mental Health Resources
This year, Common Thread will launch free mental health resources. In preparation, we want to invite anyone interested in these services (adults/guardians/CASAs/teens) to a one hour Zoom conversation to better understand the current areas of need for support, realities, barriers, and logistics.

About the event
This year, Common Thread will launch free mental health resources for teens in this community.
We plan to introduce the following two resources:
- In person Group Therapy Sessions, with specialized topics and age groups, led by esteemed therapists.
- Equine Therapy Day events held at a certified facility.
In preparation, we want to invite anyone interested in utilizing these services (adults/guardians/CASAs/teens) to a one hour Zoom conversation to better understand the current areas of need for support, realities, barriers, and logistics. Those present in this feedback will receive first access to sign-up when the resources become available.
